Hyoscine Butyl Bromide is widely used for the treatment of crampy abdominal pain, renal colic, bladder & esophageal spasms. It is an antimuscarinic & antispasmodic property which works by relaxing muscles of GI tract & urinary systems. This compound is known to have very low protein binding capacity with biological half life of about 5 hours. It gets excreted by the kidney and in feces as well. Hyoscine Butyl Bromide has chemical formula C21H30NO4 with a molar mass of 360.467 g/mol.
